1 lb Havarti Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese

1 Egg

Bread crumbs 

Flour 

Oil 

Salt

 

FRYING

 

* slice the cheese into thin slices 

* Beat egg and add Salt 

* Cover each slice with flour

* Then place in egg/salt mixture 

* Place in bread crumbs 

* Cook in hot oil until each side it golden brown 

 

Healthier option 

 

* heat oven 425

* Freeze cheese slices for 15 mins 

* Bread them as recipe above

* Place in single layer on parchment lined sheet on a pan that is slightly sprayed with cooking spray 

* lightly coat the breaded cheese with cooking spray 

* Bake 5-8 mins each side carefully flip over

Taco Stuffed Pasta 

 

1 pkg jumbo pasta shells cooked and drained

1 lbs Ground Beef 

1 pkg taco seasoning 

1 - 3/4 cup salsa - your choice divided 

2 cups shredded four cheese plan 

 

* Crumble beef into large skillet - cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes or until no longer pink 

* Stir in seasoning & 3/4 cup of salsa - simmer for 2 minuets and remove skillet from heat 

* Stir 1 cup of cheese into beef mixture 

* Fill shells with 1 tbsp of beef mixture 

* Place shells in baking dish that has been sprayed - add remaining ning salsa over shells and top with remaining cheese

* Cover dish with foil in preheated oven 350 for 30 minutes

Cheesy smoked Sausage Skillet

 

1 lbs Russet Potatoes 

1 cup diced 1/2 inch Onion 

1 cup diced Green Bell Pepper - 1 inch diced 

3 tbsp margarine 

1 Tbsp Olive Oil 

1 12 ounce Package Polish Sausage 

1/4 cup milk 

1/4 cup pound slice yellow American Cheese 

1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese- shredded

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp white Pepper 

1/8 tsp dry mustard 

Small pinch of nutmeg 

 

* peel & cur potatoes into one inch dice and place in a bowl of water Let it sit in the water until other ingredients are prepped and you are ready to cook 

* In cast iron skillet- melt 2 tbsp of Margarine with olive oil - heat 

* Drain bowl then add to skillet with onions - cover and cook for 5 mins 

* While skillet is cooking - place milk , slice cheese, shredded cheese , salt , pepper , mustard & nut meg in microwave safe bowl and heat for 130 . Take out and stir then again for 130 until Cheese is melted and sauce is formed 

* Add the remaining margarine & green pepper to the potato mixture in skillet & turn and mix using spatula. Cook for 8 min turning occasionally 

* Add the smoked sausage cover and reduce heat to medium . Cook for 2 mins covered and turn off heat under skillet add cheese sauce into skillet and stir to coat

Cracked Out Spinach Dip

 

1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach - thawed/ drained 

 

1 8oz package cream cheese - room temperature 

 

1 8oz container of Sour Cream

 

1 3oz package precooked bacon pieces 

 

1 10oz package of Dry Ranch Dressing 

 

1 - 1/2 shredded Cheddar cheese 

 

* preheat oven 350 degrees lightly spray cooking pan with spray 

* Mix together Spinach , cream cheese , sour cream , ranch dressing , bacon & 1 cup of shredded cheese 

* Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top 

* Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and serve with chips or crackers 

 

Dijon breaded Pork Chops 

 

4-6 Boneless Pork Chops

1/2 cup Dijon Mustard 

1 cup bread crumbs 

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper 

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper 

 

* preheat oven 350 

* Thickly coat Pork Chops with Dijon mustard - both sides 

* In small bowl add bread crumbs and seasoning and mix

* Dip Pork Chops in bread crumbs on both sides and put on baking tray 

* Bake for 15 min flip then another 15 mins 

* Make sure Pork Chops are cooked if not add for another 5 mins

Shepherds Pie

 

5 to 6 potatoes - peeled and sliced 

1 lb Ground Beef

1/2 onion 

1 can of mixed vegetables 

1 seasoning pack of Shepherds pie seasoning 

1/2 tsp black pepper 

1/2 tsp garlic salt 

1/2 tsp vegeta

1 Brown dry gravy 

1 cup beef broth 

2 tbsp margarine

3/4 cup of milk  

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

 

* preheat over 375 and spray casserole dish

* peel/ slice potatoes 

* Boil potatoes until soft 

* Brown onion and beef 

* Add vegetables 

* Once beef is brown add shepherds pie seasoning and mix

* Add gravy mix and beef broth and mix

* Add vegeta , garlic salt & black pepper and mix

* Once potatoes are soft mash with masher 

* Add margarine & mix

* Add milk, mix and season to liking 

* Pour meat mixture in casserole 

* Add mashed potatoes and spread shredded cheddar cheese 

* Bake for 30 mins

Stuffed Peppers

 

6-7 Peppers (green or Red your choice)

1/2 lbs Ground Beef 

1/2 lbs Ground Pork

1/2 cup rice

1 Onion 

2-3 garlic cloves - minced

1 tbsp parsley 

1 tbsp paprika 

2 Eggs

Salt / Pepper

Thick Bacon 

Clamato Juice 

3 cups of water 

 

* preheat oven 350

* Grease baking pan 

* Cut tops of peppers and take seeds out 

* Mix beef, pork, onion, garlic , rice , parsley , paprika and eggs . Mix together 

* Put meat mixture in Peppers making sure you don’t fill too much for it to grow 

* Add thick bacon and cut in pieces and stuff between peppers to give it a smoky taste 

* Add half of Clamato on top of each Peppers

* Add water 

* Cover with aluminum foil 

* Put in over for 2-3 hrs and check on Peppers to make sure it has plenty of liquid

Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf 

 

2 lbs Ground Beef 

2 Eggs

2 tbsp Ketchup 

1 cup dry bread crumbs

1 tbsp Parmesan cheese 

1 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano 

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp Black Pepper 

1 small onion - diced

6-8 slices bacon

8 ounce sharp Cheddar Cheese - cut into quarters

1 tbsp ketchup 

 

* Preheat oven 375

* Combine Ground Beef,eggs & 2 tbsp ketchup in large mixing bowl

* Mix well - add bread crumbs,Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt , oregano, basil, pepper & onion  

* Line bottom of dish with bacon 

* Place half of meat mixture across top of bacon

* Lay 3-4 slices of cheddar cheese across centre of meat mixture 

* Cover cheese with rest of meat mixture into loaf 

* Pull ends of bacon up and around 

* Spread 1 tbsp of ketchup thinly over loaf 

* Bake for 60 mins 

* Cut final piece of cheddar cheese into slices & place on top of meat loaf 

* Return to oven until Cheese is melted - about 5 mins 

* Remove and allow meatloaf to rest for 5 mins before serving

Slow Cooker Beef Paprikash 

 

1 Medium Onion - diced

2 lbs Stew Meat 

2 tbsp flour

2 Red Peppers - diced

2 cloves garlic - minced 

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper 

1/2 cup beef broth 

2 tbsp paprika

2 tbsp Tomato sauce

1 tsp caraway seeds

1/2 cup sour cream 

 

* add diced onion bottom of slow cooker 

* Add flour and salt & Pepper to Stew Meat - mix

* Add meat to slow cooker

* Add peppers & garlic on meat mixture 

* Add in small bowl broth, tomato paste , paprika and caraway seeds and mix 

* Add broth mix on top 

* Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hr or high 4-5 hr

* Last ten minutes take lid off and add sour cream and mix 

 

Can be added on nokedli , egg noodles & potatoes

Philly Cheese Steak Chimichangas

 

6- 8 Medium Tortillas 

1 lb thinly sliced Steak strips 

1 medium onion - diced 

3 tbsp olive oil 

1 green bell pepper - diced 

Cream cheese- softened 

1/2 tsp garlic salt 

1/2 tsp Pepper 

1/2 Provolone Slice

 

* Cit Steak strips to bite size pieces 

* Medium skillet add olive oil , onions & peppers - sauté until soft - set aside 

* medium bowl combine - cream cheese , steak bites , onions , peppers ,garlic salt & Pepper 

* Place 1 - 1/2 provolone cheese on tortillas add generous amount then fold like burrito 

* Preheat oven 375 

* Put on oiletopsd cooking sheet 

* Brush with oil 

* Bake for 20 mins

Easy Broccoli Cheese Soup 

 

1 head of Broccoli- large 

1/4 c margarine 

1 small onion 

1 clove garlic - minced 

1/4 c flour 

2 c of Vegetable broth 

1/2 tsp salt/ Pepper

2 c milk 

2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese 

 

* rinse and spoon size chop 1 head of fresh broccoli- discard stalk 

* Mince a small onion

* Medium- high heat add 1/4 c of Margarine 

* Add onion and cook for 3 mins

* Add garlic - cook for 1 min 

* Decrease heat to medium and add 1/4 c of flour - stir for 3 mins 

* Slowly add 2 cups of broth - continue to stir 

* Add salt/Pepper 

* Allow to thicken 

* Add two cups of milk 

* bring to a boil - Allow to thicken

* Add broccoli- cover turn heat to simmer for 25 mins

* Use potatoe masher 

* Add 2 cups of cheese 5 mins to simmer

Slow Cooker Chilli 

 

1 lbs Ground Beef 

I small onion - diced

1 can Tomato Sauce

1 can Stag Chilli 

1 can Tomato Paste 

1 can Red Kidney Beans - drained 

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Chilli peppers

1 tsp Chilli powder 

 

* in cooking pain brown Ground Beef and onion together 

* In slow cooker add Toyymato sauce , Stag Chilli , tomato paste & kidney beans together 

* Once ground beef is browned add seasonings and mix 

* Add meat to sauce and mix 

* Put on low and cook for 6 hrs 

 

Add cheese when done (optional)

Hungarian Goulash - Gulyas 

 

Made in slow cooker

 

1 lbs Stew Meat or Pork - small pieces 

2 medium Onions - diced 

2 garlic cloves - minced 

1 tbs Hungarian paprika 

1 tsp caraway seeds 

Salt-pepper to taste 

1 bay leaf 

3-4 cups of water 

3 medium potatoes - cubed 

2 green bell peppers - diced

2 medium tomatoes - diced 

 

Hungarian noodles - csipetke

 

1 large Egg

2 tbsp of water 

1/4 tsp salt

6 tbsp flour 

 

* In large skillet - add olive oil & diced onion and. Cook until soft 

* Add paprika and mix with onions 

* Add stew meat and mix - cook until meat is brown 

* Add garlic , caraway , salt, pepper & bay leaf and mix 

* Add meat mixture to slow cooker 

* Add water making sure water covers to top of meat mixture 

* Turn on low 6-8 hrs or on high 4 - 5 hrs .. my recipe is on low as it potatoes need to be cooked 

* In hour and half - peel and cut potatoes cubed 

* Add to slow cooker 

* 2 hrs before being done add green peppers & diced tomatoes 

* 1hr before done make your Hungarian pasta - mix all ingredients together and with a tbsp and tsp add small noodles to the Goulash cover and cook 

* Last half hour uncover and let liquid thicken 

 

You can also add celery , carrots or parsnips to this recipe

Slow Cooker Lazy Mans Cabbage Rolls

 

1 lbs of Ground Beef 

1/2 pack of bacon - cut to small pieces

1 cup of Rice

1 Onion - diced

1 Pepper - diced 

3 garlic cloves - minced

1/2 tsp of salt

1/2 tsp of Pepper 

1/2 tsp of thyme

1/2 of cabbage - diced

1 can of diced tomatoes 

1 can of tomatoe sauce 

1/2 tsp of sugar

 

* spray slow cooker with olive oil spray 

* Crumble Ground Beef on bottom of slow cooker

* Put bacon pieces on top of Ground Beef 

* Add rice 

* Add onion, pepper, garlic and salt, pepper & thyme

* Add cabbage 

* Add diced tomatoes 

* Put sugar in the tomatoe sauce and stir

* Add tomatoe sauce in slow cooker and cover 

* Cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4 hours 

* In the end mix and serve 

I normally in a few hours mix it up when it gets loose enough to stir

Tatertor Casserole

 

1 lbs Ground Beef 

1 pinch of Salt & Pepper 

1 can of mushroom soup

2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese 

1 pkg of Frozen Tatertots

 

* preheat oven 350

* Cook Ground Beef over medium heat until no longer pink

* Season with Salt & Pepper 

* Stir in mushroom soup 

* Add to casserole dish 

* Layer Tatertots over meat mixture 

* Top with cheddar cheese 

* Bake for 30 to 45 mins

Broccoli With Cheese Sauce

 

6 heads of broccoli 

1/4 cup of margarine 

1/4 cup of flour 

2 cups of milk 

2 cans of cream of cheese soup 

1/2 tsp of salt 

1/4 tsp of Pepper

1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 

1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 

 

* preheat oven 350

* Cut heads of broccoli and add to pot pour little water till it reaches or where you can see it reach broccoli 

* Steam broccoli with lid on on medium heat for 5 mins

* In medium size pot on medium heat add margarine and when melted add flour and stir 

* Stir in milk and then cheese soup

* Add 1/4 of cheese and stir 

* Add seasoning 

* Drain broccoli and add to casserole dish 

* Add cheese sauce to broccoli 

* Add 1/2 cup of cheese on top 

* Bake for 30 mins

Grilled Cheese Hot Dogs

 

6 Hot dog buns

6 Hot dogs

6 slices of Monterey Jack & Cheddar Cheese

6 Tbsp margarine for buns

 

* heat pan - medium heat 

* Open roll each bun flat with rolling pin 

* Spread the out side of bun with margarine 

* Place it on pan butter side down 

* Add one 1/2 of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese 

* Slice each hot dog length wise 

* Place it flat side down on pan next to bun

* Cook for 2 mins on flat side then flip side and cook for 1 min 

* Transfer to bun add other 1/2 of cheese 

* Close bun over hot dog cook until cheese completely melted

4 Sub Buns 

36-42 Meatballs 

2 can Pizza Sauce or Tomato sauce 

8 Slices Mozzarella Cheese

Parmesan cheese 

 

* Slow Cook or cook in pot sauce and Meatballs until Meatballs are cooked 

* Preheat oven 350

* Cut sub buns down middle and wide enough for Meatballs and cheese

* Once Meatballs are done add meat balls to sub buns add sauce and Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese

* Put subs in oven and bake 10-15 mins until sub is crispy

1 can Tomato sauce

1 can Tomato Paste 

1 can Diced Tomatoes 

1/2 lbs Ground Beef 

1/2 Spanish Onion- Diced

1 tsp Pepper

1 tsp Oregano 

1 Tsp Basil 

1 tsp Italian seasoning 

 

* add Tomato Sauce, Paste and Diced tomatoes in slow cooker

* Put Ground Beef in pan and cook 

* Dice onion and add to meat mixture 

* Add seasoning to meat mixture and mix 

* Add meat mixture to sauce and mix 

* Add Meatballs to sauce and cover and cook on low for 5- 6 hrs

* Stir occasionally

French Onion Soup Pork Chops

 

4 Boneless Pork Chops 

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup caramelized onions

3/4 cup beef Stock

1/4 dry white wine 

4 tsp Dijon mustard 

4 slices of Mozzarella cheese 

1/8 tsp thyme 

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp Pepper 

 

* preheat oven 350

* Heat a large oven proof skillet medium- high heat - add oil 

* Sprinkle Pork Chops on both sides with salt/ pepper

* Add and cook both sides in hot skillet remove and put aside 

* Add stock , thyme and wine to pan to deglaze

* Add caramelized onions cook for 3-5 minutes until liquid is slightly reduced 

* Spread 1 tsp of the mustard on top of each chop 

* Place chops in skillet with onion & stock mixture 

* Place the pan in oven and cook for 20-25 minutes 

* Place cheese slices on top and cook for 5 minutes

For me 

6 slices of bread 

12 slices of Mozzarella cheese 

Pepperoni slices

Pizza sauce 

Margarine 

 

* Margarine one side of bread 

* Margarine / olive oil in pan 

* Put margarine side down on pan

* Add Mozzarella cheese slice

* Add pepperoni- as many you like 

* Add Mozzarella cheese

* Then margarine side up 

* Cook until brown 

* Flip and cook other side until done 

* Dip with pizza sauce

Beef Enchiladas 

 

1 lb Ground Beef

1 Red Pepper - Diced

1 Green Pepper - Diced

2 Cups Salsa 

Tortillas

2 Cups Shredded cheddar Cheese 

Italian dressing

 

* preheat oven 400 degrees 

* Brown Ground Beef with red/green peppers

* When brown add 1 cup of salsa and stir .. let simmer for 5 minutes 

* On both sides of tortillas brush Italian dressing 

* Take meat off stove and add 1/4 cup of cheese 

* Preheat tortillas in microwave for 20 seconds

* Spray casserole dish and add 1/4 of salsa 

* Put 1/3 cup of meat on tortillas and roll swam down 

* Add remaining meat on top of Enchiladas 

* Add remaining salsa on Enchiladas 

* Cover with foil and bake for 20 mins 

* Add 1/2 cup of cheese and bake until melted

Penne Alla Vodka 

 

2 tbsp of Olive oil 

1 onion - Chopped 

1 lb Ground Beef

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 can crushed tomatoes 

1/2 cup Vodka

1/2 tsp red chilli peppers

1/2 cup heavy cream

4 cups cooked penne

Parsley & Parmesan to garnish

 

* heat oil in large pot

* Cook onion until translucent 

* Add beef , salt & pepper cook until moisture is gone and beef is brown 

* Add crushed tomatoes, Vodka & chilli flakes stir & cook until half liquid has evaporated & sauce reduced 

* Add cream and stir evenly incorporated 

* Stir in pasta until evenly coated 

* Serve with parsley & Parmesan

Pork Chops & Potato Casserole

 

1 tbsp olive oil 

6 boneless pork chops 

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 cup of milk 

4 potatoes thinly sliced

1/2 cup of onions 

1 cup shredded cheese ( cheddar or Mozzarella)

 

* preheat oven 400

* Heat oil in pan & place pork chops in and sear both sides 

* In medium bowl - combine soup & milk and mix 

* Arrange potatoes & onions in casserole dish 

* Add soup/milk mixture on top 

* Bake for 30 mins - add cheese and bake for another 30 mins

Hungarian Purkolt (beef & gravy) Nokodli (noodles) 

Purkolt 

 

1 lbs Stew meat or pork 

1 onion 

1 bell pepper 

1 garlic

1 large Tomato 

Flour 

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tsp Caraway 

4-5 cups of water 

Salt & Pepper 

Sour cream 

 

Nokodli 

 

2 Cups Flour 

2 eggs 

1/4 tsp salt 

3/4 cup of water 

 

* add flour to meat mixture - mix together

* Add oil to pot and add onion 

* Cook for a few mins then add garlic & bell pepper

* Add meat /flour and cook till brown 

* Add paprika , caraway and salt & pepper 

* Add tomato & water boil and scrap remain of what's on bottom of pain 

* Lower to simmer and cook for 1 1/2 hrs 

* At end take lid off add two tbsp of Sour Cream stir and let the liquid thicken 

 

* for noodles add all ingredients together 

* Boil water in pot 

* With spoon scrape small pieces into pot and when it floats take out if water 

* Put on paper towel then put into dish when cool

15 Minute Lasagna

 

1/2 lbs Ground Beef 

2 cups Diced Onion 

2-3 garlic cloves - minced 

10 Lasagna noodles - broken into 1/4 ths 

1 can diced tomatoes 

1 cup tomatoe sauce

2 cups water 

Salt & pepper 1/4 tsp

1 cup Mozzarella cheese 

 

* large Skillet cook ground beef , onion & garlic 

* When brown add Lasagna pieces , tomatoes, tomato sauce & water 

* Sprinkle salt & pepper

* Cover & summer for 15 minutes 

* Shake Skillet occasionally 

* Make sure Lasagna noodles have soften

* Remove heat stir in cheese

Dill Pickle Pasta Salad 

 

1/2 lb dry shell pasta (3 cups)

3/4 cup sliced pickles

2/3 cup cheddar cheese - diced

3 tbsp finely diced white onion 

2 tbsp fresh dill

1/2 cup pickle juice

 

Dressing 

2/3 cup mayonnaise 

1/3 cup sour cream 

1/8 tsp cayenne Pepper 

4 tbsp pickle juice 

Salt & pepper to taste 

 

* boil pasta according to directions 

* Run under cold water to stop cooking 

* Toss cold pasta with 1/2 cup of pickle juice

* Leave in for 5 mins then discard pickle juice from pasta 

* Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl mix well 

* Toss all Ingredients in a large bowl 

* Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving 

Parmesan - Crusted Pork Chops 

 

1 serving of cooking spray 

2 eggs 

1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese 

1 tbsp of Cajun or Cayenne Pepper 

8 boneless Pork Chops 

 

* Preheat oven 350 degrees F 

* Pray dish with cooking spray 

* Whisk egg on bowl

* Mix Parmesan & seasoning together 

* Dip pork chop in egg then Parmesan/seasoning 

* Bake for 35 to 40 turning once half way

Four Cheese Chicken Pene

 

5 tbsp margerine or butter 

1/4 cup flour

2 1/4 cup of milk 

5 oz Gorgonzola Cheese - grated 

4 oz Fontina cheese - grated

Pinch of ground nutmeg

Salt & Pepper for taste 

1 lb Penne pasta cooked until done 

4 oz Mozzarella cheese 

4 oz Asiago Cheese - grated 

2 Bone less chicken Breast or chicken strips 

 

* Butter baking dish 

* Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat 

* Stir in flour and cook for 1 min 

* Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened 

* Whisk in Gorgonzola and Fontina 

* Cook until cheese is melted 

* Season with nutmeg, salt & pepper 

* Remove from heat 

* Cook chicken in pan take off when done cut into pieces and cook with 1 tbsp of margarine 

* Combine sauce with pasta 

* Stir Mozzarella in 

* Put pasta into casserole dish 

* Sprinkle Asiago on top

* Add chicken on top

* Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees 

Fajita Tuesday 

 

4 slices bacon - diced to small pieces 

1/2 of large onion - sliced to be small thin slices

1 Cupanella Pepper - diced 

1 Hungarian Pepper- diced 

1 lbs of Steak strips

2 tbsp olive oil 

1 tbsp lime juice 

1/2 tsp of vegeta 

1/2 tsp garlic salt 

1/2 tsp black Pepper

1/2 tsp Cumin 

1/2 tsp paprika 

1/2 tsp Cajun 

 

* put diced bacon in pan - book until done 

* Add onion & peppers 

* Put steak strips into bowl add olive oil , lime juice & all the seasonings and mix

* Add into pan and cook until meat is cooked

4 Boneless Pork Chops 

2 tsp minced garlic

1/2 cup milk

1 can of Cream of mushroom soup 

2 tsp dried minced onion

* Coat 12 inch non stick skillet with olive oil over med heat 

* Add pork chops and brown both sides

* In a small bowl - stir together Cream of mushroom soup, milk , garlic, onion, pepper & mushrooms 

* Pour over browned pork chops 

* Cover & simmer on low 20 minutes

1 pkg KD Original ( I used 2)

1 lb Ground Beef

1 pkg Taco Seasoning 

3/4 cup light Sour Cream

1 - 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 

1 cup Salsa 

 

* Beat oven 400

* KD as directed on pkg - cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed 

* Stir in sour cream into prepared dinner

* Spoon into baking dish top with meat and 1 cup of shredded cheese- cover

* Bake for 15 mins 

* Top with salsa and 1/2 cup shredded cheese 

* Bake uncovered 5 mins

2lbs Potatoes 

1 green pepper 

Salt to taste 

1 tsp sweet paprika 

2 tsp oil 

2-3 cups of a smoked Hungarian sausage - sliced thin

1 Onion - diced

1 clove garlic- minced 

1 fresh tomato - diced 

 

* chop the onion finely and then sauté them under cover in the oil until the turn golden

* Add the paprika and a small amount of water 

* Add garlic , tomato , green pepper and salt - cover again and simmer 30 mins 

* Peel and quarter and then add the potatoes 

* Add a bit more water just to cover and the Potatoes and keep cooking until the potatoes are tender 

* Add the sliced kolbasz 

* Cook for another 5 mins reduce the heat to a simmer

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 Onion - chopped

2 Bell Peppers - chopped

1 Garlic Clove - minced

1/2 cup beef broth 

1 tbsp ketchup 

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

4 slices provolone cheese 

4 Hamburger buns

 

* large skillet - medium heat - heat oil - pepper & onion and cook until softened 

* Stir in garlic for 30 seconds add beef and cook until no longer pink

* Stir in beef broth , ketchup, brown sugar & Worcestershire and season with salt and pepper- simmer until most liquid has reduced 

* Top beef with provolone & cover to melt 

* Remove from heat and serve on hamburger buns

Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna

 

1 lbs Ground Beef 

1 tbsp garlic - minced 

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp Pepper

2 jars tomato sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning 

1 tsp Basil 

1 tsp oregano 

1 pkg of frozen ravioli 

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 

 

* hear large skillet over med heat , cook beef , garlic , garlic powder , salt / Pepper in hot skillet 

* Stir pasta sauce , Italian seasoning , basil and oregano into meat mixture 

* Ladle generous layers of meat sauce into bottom of a slow cooker, add a layer of ravioli, ladle another meat sauce , then remaining ravioli and meat sauce

* Cook on low 3-5 hrs .. sprinkle ravioli mixture with mozzarella cheese cook until Cheese is melted - 45 min to 1 hr more

1 lbs boneless chicken breast tenders 

1 cup Almond flour 

1 large Egg

1 tbsp heavy cream 

6 oz Buffalo sauce

* preheat oven 350

* Season chicken tenders with salt & peppers

* Season with flour generously with salt and pepper

* Beat egg and cream 

* Dip chicken in egg mixture in flour 

* Dip chicken in flour mixture

* Place chicken in greased baking sheet and bake for 30 mins of not crispy enough broil for 2-3 mins 

* Allow tenders to cook for 5 mins then put chicken in Tupperware and add Buffalo sauce and shake to coat

4 Pork Chops 

1 tbsp butter 

8 oz sliced mushrooms 

1 can Cream of mushroom soup 

1 envelope pork gravy mix

1/2 cup water 

1/3 cup sour cream 

 

* mix the soup and the gravy mix in a small bowl 

* Add to the slow cooker- add mushroom on top of soup mixture 

* Brown pork chops in butter in a large skillet transfer to slow cooker after browning- placing on top of soup / mushrooms 

* Deglaze the skillet with the 1/2 cup water pour over chops in slow cooker 

* Cover and cook on low 6-8 hrs 

* Remove pork chops - mix in the 1/3 cup sour cream 

* Mix until smooth- serve sauce on top of chops

1 can stag chilli 

1 cup salsa 

2 cups broken tortilla chips

3/4 sour cream

4 green onions - sliced

1 tomato- chopped

* Stir in chilli & salsa - heat to a boil

30 oz Lean Ground Beef 

3/4 medium onion 

1 small Green Bell Pepper 

1 medium tomato

3 cups Shredded chicken 

3/4 cups Blue cheese dressing 

3/4 franks hot sauce

12 oz cream cheese

1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded 

 

  • add cream cheese and hot sauce a medium heat saucepan 

  • Once fully combined stir in blue cheese dressing & chicken 

  • Once fully incorporated slowly mix in 3/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese

  • Once fully incorporated transfer mixture into baking dish - layer rest of Mozzarella cheese on top

  • in slow cooker mix cream mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and water

  • Cook higher 3-4 hrs or low 8-9 hrs

2 lbs Ground Beef 

2 Eggs 

2 tbsp Ketchup 

1 cup dry bread crumbs

1 tbsp Parm Cheese

1 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano 

1/2 tsp dried basil 

1/2 tsp Black Pepper 

1 small onion- diced 

6 slices bacon

8 ounce sharp cheddar cheese - cut into quarters 

1 tbsp ketchup 

 

  • preheat oven 350

  • Combine ground beef , eggs & 2 tbsp of ketchup in a large bowl

  • Mix well then add bread crumbs, parm cheese, garlic powder, salt, oregano, basil , pepper and onion. 

  • Set mixture aside

  • Line bottom of pan - place half of meat mixture across top of bacon 

  • Lay 3 of the 4 pieces of cheddar cheese across centre of meat - length wise

  • Cover the cheese with the second half of meat into loaf 

  • pull the ends of the bottom up and around the loaf spreads 1 tbsp ketchup thinly over the loaf

  • Bake in preheated oven until no longer pink in the centre about 60 minutes or an thermometer reads 160 

  • Cut the final pieces of cheddar cheese into slices & place on top of meatloaf 

  • Return the meatloaf to oven and continue baking until the cheese is melted about 5 minutes 

  • Remove from the oven and allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before serving

2 green peppers- diced

12 ounce Valvetta cheese

1 lbs macaroni pasta

 

  • preheat oven 350

  • Season Beef with Pepper, Italian seasoning & garlic powder

  • Sauté peppers & onions together until cooked

  • Cook macaroni noodles 

  • Add beef & onion/peppers sliced up valvetta & add to pan to melt 

  • Add macaroni to mix 

  • Place in baking dish add more valvetta on top

Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Bacon Cream Sauce

 

1 lb of Chicken Breast

3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise 

3 Tbsp of Parmesan Cheese 

3 Slices Bacon - Fried & Crumbled

Reserve bacon grease 

1/2 cup of Heavy cream

1 Tbsp of cream cheese

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

Pinch of salt & Pepper

 

  • preheat oven 400

  • baste chicken with mayo, top with shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 40- 50 minutes 

  • When chicken has approximately 10 minutes left in oven begin sauce 

  • Using skillet warm up reserved bacon grease over med low heat , whisk in cream until well combined 

  • Add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth , add Parmesan cheese and garlic powder and whisk smooth 

  • Toss some bacon , make sure you leave enough for garnish

2 lbs of potatoes (unpeeled and cut into chunks)

1/2 cup of butter

1 head of garlic clove - minced

1/2 cup of milk 

 

  • bring large pot of salted water to boil . Add potatoes and cook for 20 mins 

  • Meanwhile make butter , toss butter in small pot over medium heat, heat till foams but don’t burn, turn heat off and add garlic and stir in milk 

  • When potatoes is ready drain and mash , add milk/butter/garlic and mix till smooth

Can of mushroom soup 

Can of cheddar cheese soup

1/2 lbs bacon - crispy cooked and crumbled 

1/2 onion - thinly sliced 

1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 

 

  • brown beef in skillet on the stove with salt, pepper and garlic salt - drain 

  • Spray your crockpot with cooking spray 

  • Mix your browned , seasoned beef with soups & all of your bacon except the crumbles of 2 pieces 

  • Spread mixture evenly into your crockpot 

  • Layer your onions on top

  • Sprinkle your cheese on top of everything 

  • Top your reserved bacon crumbles 

  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

4 thick cut pork chops

4 slices Geiger’s Cheese - ( I actually used Swiss cheese)

4 slices Canadian Back Bacon

3/4 cups Panko bread crumbs 

1 egg 

2 tbsp milk

1/4 cup flour 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp Pepper

 

  • slice pork chops - horizontally throughout the middle

  • Insert slice of Gruyere cheese and slice of Canadian bacon

  • Seal edges with toothpick 

  • Combine together egg/ milk in bowl

  • Separate bowl bread crumbs , salt & pepper 

  • Salt /Pepper pork chops then lightly dust with flour

  • Dip into egg mixture 

  • Dip into bread crumbs 

  • Heat oil in pan

  • Brown chops on both sides 

  • Transfer to pan & bake at 350 fit 30-40 mins

Tortellini & Sausage Cheesy Tomato Cream Sauce 

 

Olive oil

1 lb smoked Sausage- cut into rounds 

1/2 cup diced white onion 

1 clove garlic - minced 

20 ounce package cheese tortellini

28 ounce crushed tomatoes 

1 cup chicken broth ( or Vegetable broth)

Salt & Pepper 

2 tbsp cream cheese 

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 

1 cup Shredded jack cheese 

Great chopped parsley 

 

  • heat olive oil on large deep skillet- med heat 

  • Add onion & garlic 

  • Add sausage until brown

  • Stir in broth , tortellini, tomatoes pinch of salt and pepper

  • Bring to a boil  

  • Stir often 

  • Turn heat to low and cover.  Summer for 10-15 minutes 

  • Remove from heat 

  • Stir in cheese cover let stand for 10 minutes

1 cup Cheddar Cheese 

1/4 cup egg white

 

  • preheat oven 400

  • mix all ingredients 

  • Add whatever seasoning you like

  • Spoon small amount into muffin pan

  • Allow to cool before serving

  • add all ingredients except the tortillas 

  • Cook on low for 1 1/2 hrs 

  • Stir frequently

Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps

 

1 lb of Ground Beef 

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 

1 tbsp Ketchup 

1 tsp dried minced onion

Salt & Pepper to taste

Shredded cheddar cheese 

Sliced tomatoes yellow mustard tortillas 

 

  • brown ground beef in large pan 

  • Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried onion, salt/Pepper to beef and simmer for 5 mins

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese down centre of tortilla 

  • Add a few headings of beef mixture on top of cheese 

  • Spread some mustard on top of beef along some slices of tomato 

  • Roll up tortilla burrito- style and place wraps on preheated indoor grill

  • grill wraps for 5 mins until Cheese is melted

Keto Friendly Mayo - Parmesan Chicken

 

4-6 boneless chicken breast 

3/4 cup mayo

6 tbsp grates Parmesan cheese 

3/4 tsp garlic powder 

Salt & Pepper to taste

 

  • preheat oven to 375 / spray baking dish with non stick spray 

  • Trim chicken- cut small shallow crosswise slots going down each chicken

  • Mix the mayo, garlic powder, salt, pepper & Parmesan cheese. Put chicken into baking dish and spread mayo-Parmesan coating over the top of each chicken  covering the entire surface 

  • Bake chicken for 35-40 mins 

  • Serve hot

Chicken Shawarma 

 

1 lb boneless Skinless chicken breast 

1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs

6 tbsp olive oil 

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp allspice 

3/4 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp garlic powder 

1/4 tsp cinnamon 

Pinch of cayenne 

Salt & Pepper 

Non stick cooking spray 

 

  • Slice chicken breast into 5-6 pieces  and thighs into 3-4 pieces 

  • Place them in a marinating dish or large plastic zip bag 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of olive oil, the spices , 3/4 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 

  • Pour the spice marinade over the chicken pieces 

  • Stir with spoon till pieces are evenly coated in the marinade 

  • Cover dish with plastic wrap or close zipper bag 

  • Place chicken in refrigerator for 1 hr or up to overnight 

  • Preheat oven 400 

  • Line baking sheet with foil 

  • Spray foil with non stick cooking oil And place chicken evenly spaced 

  • Place the chicken in the oven 

  • Let it Roast for 15 minutes thill cooked through turning the chicken once with a thong halfway through 

  • Take chicken out of oven and let it cool slightly,slice the meat into small thin shawarma like pieces

  • Heat 1 tsp of oil on stove top over medium heat pour half of chicken into the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes 

  • Season with additional salt & Pepper 

  • Then repeat with additional chicken 

  • Serve warm

Slow Cooker Pork Chop Stroganoff

 

4 large pork chops 

1 tbsp butter

8 oz sliced mushrooms 

1 can cream of mushroom soup 

1 envelope pork gravy mix 

1/2 cup water 

1/3 cup sour cream 

 

  • mix soup & gravy mix in a small bowl

  • Add to slow cooker 

  • Add mushrooms to on top of soup mixture 

  • Brown pork chops in butter

  • After browning transfer to top of soup / mushroom

  • Deglaze skillet with 1/2 cup

  • Water - pour over pork chops

  • Cover cook on low 6-8 hrs 

  • Remove pork chops 

  • Mix 1/3 cup sour cream 

  • Mix until smooth serve as sauce

4-5 chicken breast 

1/4 cup of olive oil 

3 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp paprika

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp of parsley

  • preheat oven 400

  • I’m small skillet heat olive oil , add garlic , paprika, red pepper flakes and herbs. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat, do not burn garlic

1 oz block cream cheese - softened 

1/3 cup mayo 

1/3 cup sour cream 

1 tsp garlic powder 

10 slices of cooked bacon - crumbled

2 Jalapeños - minced 

1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

Honey Mustard Baked Chicken

 

1/2 cup Dijon Mustard 

1/2 cup Honey 

1/4 cup olive oil 

1 tbsp salt 

1 tsp garlic powder

  • preheat oven 350 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl except chicken 

  • Put chicken in casserole dish and pour mixture on top of chicken

Beanless Burritos

 

1/2 lb bacon chopped into small pieces 

1 lb ground beef 

1 small onion minced 

4 garlic cloves - minced 

1 1/2 tsp chilli powder 

I tsp cumin 

1/2 tsp paprika 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/4 tsp pepper 

1/4 tsp oregano 

1/4 cup sour cream 

1/2 cup salsa 

Hot sauce to taste 

Tortillas 

Shredded cheese 

 

  • cook bacon till well cooked 

  • Add onion and ground beef and mix

  • Cook until no longer pink and onion softened 

  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds 

  • Add seasonings and mix well 

  • Add sour cream and salsa 

  • warm tortillas for 30 secs 

  • Add meat & shredded cheese and roll up 

  • Grill both sides 

  • Serve with salsa or sour cream

Cheesy Spinach Chicken Casserole 

 

Boneless chicken breast 

8 oz cream cheese - softened 

2 cups of frozen or fresh spinach 

1 tbsp of olive oil 

4 oz mozzarella cheese- shredded 

4 oz Parmesan cheese - shredded 

 

Marinade 

 

3 cloves garlic - minced 

1 tbsp olive oil 

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

 

  • Add olive oil , garlic , Italian seasoning & red pepper flakes 

  • Mix and add chicken and coat for 10 to 15 mins

  • Heat oven 400 

  • Quickly wilt spinach in olive oil and set aside 

  • Arrange chicken in casserole dish and spread cream cheese on top 

  • Lay spinach on top 

  • Then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top

  • Bake for 20-30 mins

Creamed Spinach 

 

8 cups spinach

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour 

1/2 garlic - minced

Milk 

Salt/ Pepper 

 

  • in med size pit bring water to bowl 

  • Wash spinach / drain 

  • Cook until limp

  • Drain - plunge into cold water

  • Squeeze out - chop spinach 

  • In pot make roux from butter /flour

  • Add garlic 

  • Stir chopped spinach in roux

  • Add milk to thick sauce 

  • Slowly simmer for 2 mins 

  • Season with Salt & pepper

1 pkg Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage- cut in half and dice

1/2 cup red onion - chopped 

1 cup Monterey Jack shredded cheese

1 jar enchilada sauce

1 jar tomato sauce 

1/2 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 tsp chilli powder 

6 lrg Tortillas 

Salt & Pepper to taste 

 

  • add sausage , onions , salt & pepper to pan and cook 7- 8 mins until sausage cooked through 

  • Add 2/3 cup of cheese to sausage mixture 

  • In medium bowl- combine enchilada sauce , tomato sauce, garlic powder & chilli powder 

  • Fill tortillas with sausage mixture- roll and place in casserole dish 

  • Cover with sauce & remaining cheese

  • Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 mins

5 boneless chicken breast 

5 slices of bacon

5 slices of cheddar cheese

Salt & pepper to taste 

Paprika to taste 

 

  • spray casserole dish

1 medium onion - sliced

1 Red Pepper- diced

4 garlic cloves- diced

6-8 boneless pork chops 

6-8 bacon strips cut in half 

2 tbsp olive oil 

2-4 garlic cloves - minced 

Salt & Pepper 

1 cup or 6-8 slices of Swiss cheese 

 

  • preheat oven 425 

  • Spray casserole dish

  • Salt & pepper pork chops 

  • Add oil & garlic cloves and brush on with basting brush on pork chops

1 head ice burg lettuce 

4 slices gluten free deli turkey meat 

4 slices gluten free bacon

1 Roma tomato thinly sliced 

 

Basil Mayo 

 

1/2 cup gluten free mayo 

6 large basil leaves - torn 

1 tsp of lemon juice

1 garlic clove 

Salt & pepper

 

  • Mayo - combine all ingredients in small bowl and process until smooth 

  • Lay out two large lettuce leaves , layer one deli turkey meat and slather with mayo then add another deli turkey meat followed by two slices of bacon . Few slices of tomato with salt & pepper then fold up bottom the sides and roll like a burrito .. slice in half

Chili dog Casserole 

 

1 can of chilli 

8 hot dogs 

1 pkg frozen tater tots 

8 ouch shredded cheddar cheese 

Salt & pepper

 

 

  • Preheat oven 450 

  • Pour your chilli into a casserole dish. If sauce doesn’t cover most of the dish put 1/4 cup of ketchup 

  • Cut up hot dogs and mix with chilli 

  • Make sure hot dogs have some chilli on them 

  • Put as many tater tots on top of mixture fit without over lapping 

  • Uniform pattern helps with the cooking 

  • Bake for 30 to 40 mins or until tots are done 

  • Reduce heat to 350 

  • Lightly dust with salt & pepper 

  • Sprinkle with cheese and bake for additional 10 mins or cheese turns to brown

2 cups uncooked Rotini Pasta

2 tsp olive oil 

1 1/2 cups onion - chopped 

1 garlic clove - chopped 

1 lb ground beef 

3/4 tsp salt

Can diced tomato’s 

2 tbsp Dijon Mustard 

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 

1/4 cup chopped dill pickles 

 

  • preheat oven 350 

  • Spray casserole dish 

  • Boil pasta to directions and drain well once al Dante 

  • Large skillet - heat oil over medium- low heat .  Add onions and cook until soft (5 mins )

  • Stir in garlic for 30 seconds 

  • Stir in beef cook until brown .. add salt & pepper 

  • Stir in tomato paste , tomatoes & mustard 

  • Let mixture bubble gently until it’s slightly thickened - about 2 minutes 

  • Toss meat mixture with pasta & spread into the casserole dish

Pork roast 

2 cans of cream of mushroom soup 

1 envelope dry onion soup 

1 1/4 cup of water 

 

  • put pork roast in slow cooker

Creamy  Honey Mustard Chicken with Crispy Bacon

 

1/3 cup Honey

3 tbsp of Mustard 

3-4 Garlic cloves - minced 

1 tbsp olive oil 

Salt to season 

5 boneless chicken breast 

4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled 

1/3 cup cream 

1 cup of milk 

1 tsp cornstarch & 1 Tbsp water - mixed 

 

  • mix - honey, mustard, garlic , olive oil & salt and baste chicken breast both sides

  • Cook bacon and when well cooked take out of pan 

  • Add chicken breast and cook both sides 3 min 

  • Add rest of honey Mustard add cream and milk stir until sizzling 

  • Add chicken and cook chicken until done 

  • Take chicken out and add cornstarch mix then stir then add chicken and bacon .. add liquid on top and serve

Boneless chicken breast 

Salt & pepper to taste 

2 tbsp of olive oil

3-4 garlic cloves - minced

  • season chicken breast with salt & pepper 

  • Add oil then cook chicken breast for 5-6 minutes each side until golden 

  • Remove chicken from pan reduce heat to medium- low 

  • Add garlic and stir from 30 seconds.. add cream , Italian seasoning & Parmesan cheese 

  • Stir then add spinach and simmer for another 2-3 minutes 

  • Add chicken back and simmer for another minute turn off heat and spoon sauce on top of chicken

1 lbs ground beef 

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper 

1/2 onion - chopped 

1 garlic - minced 

2 tbsp olive oil 

 

Gravy

 

2 tbsp margarine

1 large onion - sliced

1 garlic - minced

2 cups beef stock 

2 tbsp flour

1 tbsp ketchup 

1 tbsp bbq sauce 

1 tsp paprika 

1/2 tsp black pepper 

Salt 

 

  • add all the meatball ingredients to large bowl - mix well 

  • Shape into 1 inch Meatballs 

  • Add olive oil to skillet & heat over medium- high heat 

  • Add meatballs and cook 

  • Cook meatballs all sides - remove meatballs and put aside 

  • Add margarine - add onions and cook

  • Add flour & garlic cook for 1 min 

  • Slowly whisk in beef broth - cook for 3 min until sauce thickens 

  • Mix in ketchup, bbq sauce & paprika 

  • Season with salt & pepper 

  • Add meatballs to pan and toss in sauce for 1 min

Philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers 

 

6 green bell peppers 

2 lbs stir fry streak strips

1 small onion - chopped

 Mushrooms chopped

Salt and pepper 

2 tsp of Italian seasoning 

16 slices of Swiss cheese 

 

  • preheat oven 375 

  • Cut heads of peppers and take seeds out 

  • Put in casserole dish and bake for 1 hour 

  • In cooking skillet add olive oil to cook and add onion and mushroom 

  • Cook for 10 mins 

  • Cut stir fry meat into smaller pieces 

  • Add salt & pepper to onion and vegetables 

  • Add meat and season salt & pepper 

  • Cook meat until brown .. add Italian seasoning

  • Take peppers out add Swiss cheese on bottom add meat and top with another Swiss cheese

2 bell peppers- red/green - cut to strips

4 garlic - minced 

Shredded cheddar cheese - enough to cover each chicken 

Cream cheese

  • grease casserole dish and preheat oven 375

  • Put diced peppers and garlic on bottom of dish 

  • Add chicken breast on top of peppers 

  • Add seasoning in small bowl and mix 

  • Sprinkle seasoning on top of chicken 

  • Add 2 tsp of cream cheese on top of chicken 

  • Add shredded cheddar cheese on top of chicken 

  • Bake 30-40 mins 

  • Add to broil for 10 mins 

  • Add chicken to plate and then add peppers on top
